now is 1:42am....
i have spent over 1 hour n three quarter to finish the post be4 tis....
i juz want to say..............
i going to KEEP FIT!!!!!

becoz.......after i posted this, the u will know i'm keeping fit, then.....
when u all saw me next time....i still like tis...then i will feel very humiliated....
so...this can help me n give me some confidence to do it!!!
